For the office and the crew

Run every crew from one app.

Your crew clocks in with a PIN, sees today’s jobs, snaps photos and pulls materials from the phone. Your office gets the schedule, the timesheets and the payroll file, without chasing anyone.

We set it up with you.

A live picture of the crew phone and the office. Mike taps Clock In, and his phone shows Clock Out with a running timer. At the office, On the clock now goes from 11 to 12 and his row comes in at the top. Then the office drags the Deck framing job to Thursday on the calendar, and Mike’s phone shows the alert Your schedule changed.
  1. Mike taps Clock In on his phone.
  2. The office sees him on the clock.
  3. The office moves a job. His phone gets the change.

Made for the way crews work

  • Your crew signs in with a cell number and a 6‑digit PIN. No email, no passwords.

  • Works with no signal. It sends when you’re back.

  • Built for the office and the crew, not one or the other.

Your crew checks it off. You see where the job stands.

Give each job a to-do list, or add a saved checklist. Your crew ticks off each task on the phone, and the job’s progress updates by itself. No calls to ask how it’s going.

A live picture of a job’s checklist. On Mike’s phone, 1042 Kitchen remodel shows 7 of 10 done. He ticks Put on the cabinet handles, Caulk and touch up paint, and Final walk-through, one after another. Each time, the office ticks the same task, and the job’s count and bar move on its calendar card and in its list: 8 of 10 done, 9 of 10 done, then All done.
  1. Make the list

Type the tasks for a job, or add a saved checklist like Kitchen finish-out in one click.

  2. Crew checks it off

Every task has a big box on the phone. One tap marks it done.

  3. See where it stands

Each job shows 7 of 10 done with a bar, on its page and on its calendar card. The last tick turns it All done.

From the first clock in to payroll

  2. Today’s jobs and directions

His jobs for the day are on the Today tab, with the street and who he works with. Directions opens his map.

The crew phone shows today’s jobs with Open, Directions and Call. The office calendar shows the week of job cards.

  3. Pull materials

  4. Snap the receipt to the job

Bought screws at the store? He takes a photo of the receipt, and it goes on the job for the office to approve.

The crew phone shows Add a receipt with the receipt photo. The office job page shows the receipt waiting, with Approve and Reject.

  5. Punch list and photos

He marks punch list items done and adds photos of the work. The office sees them without a drive out.

Check the week, fix anything with a reason, then approve and lock it. Download the payroll file for your payroll tool.

The office Time page shows the week approved, with Export CSV. The crew phone shows My Time with each day approved.

Everything in one place

The calendar, the clock, job checklists, stock, receipts, reports and the payroll file, in one app for the office and one for the crew.

  • Plan the work on a calendar

Drag a job to a new day, and Undo if you change your mind. You get a heads‑up before you double‑book someone.

The office calendar: the Panel upgrade job is dragged to Wednesday, a heads-up says Mike R. is already on a job that day, and the move goes through with Undo.

  • Clock in and out

One big button, and the timer runs. The office sees who is on the clock now.

The crew phone: Mike taps Clock In, and the timer starts.

  • Works offline

Saved on the phone and sent when signal comes back. What can’t send waits on a Not Sent list.

The crew phone with no signal: Clock In is saved on the phone and waits to send, then sends when signal comes back.

  • Approve hours and send payroll

Fix hours with a reason, approve and lock the week, then download the payroll file.

The office Time page: the week is approved, then Export CSV downloads the payroll file.

  • The phone list

Find anyone by name, then tap Call or Text. Each person can hide their number.

The crew phone’s company phone list: typing Ben finds Ben K., with big Call and Text buttons, then the whole list shows again, with Number hidden for the people who hide theirs. No number shows.

  • Alerts in the app

Schedule changes, mentions, time off answers and truck reminders.

The crew phone: the alert Your schedule changed drops in at the top.

  • Profit per job

Gross margin with labor burden and overtime, only for the people you allow.

The office: Gross margin this month, as a percent, on the Home page.

  • Checklists that show job progress

Your crew checks items off on the phone. Every job shows how far along it is, like “7 of 10 done.”

The office Jobs page: as the crew checks off the last items, 1042 Kitchen remodel goes from 7 of 10 done to 8, then 9, then All done.

  • Reports to print

Hours by person or by job, time off and more, for any dates. Print or download.

The office Reports card: Hours by job is picked for Oct 1 to Oct 14, then Download saves the file hours-by-job.csv.

  • Pay people back

Your crew snaps a receipt for gas or tools, no job needed. You approve it, then mark it paid.

The crew phone: a fuel receipt is sent with Pay me back turned on. On My receipts it shows Sent, then Approved, then Paid.

  • Track your stock

Pull to a job, return, receive and count. Low stock shows before you run out.

The crew phone: Pull material, with the count going up to 6 and then Pull.

  • Any date range

Pick a first and a last day, and see the hours for them. Download them with pay for payroll.

The office Hours and pay card: this pay week first, then Oct 1 to Oct 14 is picked on the month, and the hours change to 381 regular and 12.5 overtime.

The crew app

Easy for the crew

Made for people who would rather be working than tapping a phone.

  • Big buttons that are hard to miss
  • Sign in with a cell number and a 6‑digit PIN
  • Works with no signal, and sends when it’s back
  • No location tracking, on purpose
  • Photos shrink on the phone to save data

The crew phone’s sign-in screen: Cell Number and the 6-digit PIN, with a big Sign In button.

The office app

Clear for the office

Everything the office needs to run the week, in one place.

  • See who is on the clock right now
  • Drag jobs on a calendar, with Undo
  • A warning before you double‑book someone
  • Approve hours and download payroll
  • Choose who sees pay and prices
  • See who changed what, and when

Check a box. Watch the phone change.

Pick what your crew needs, and the phone and the office both show it. The full builder adds your kind of work and your company name.

What does your crew need?
The office’s menu, Home tiles and today’s jobs, and the crew phone’s Today screen, with only the parts that are checked.

Your data stays yours

Who sees your data, and how we keep it apart.

How We Keep It Safe
The office Change History: Dave P. turned on See pay rates for Ben K., changed the Crew Lead level, and reset Chris M.’s PIN, each with the day and time.
  • Walled off from other companies

Each company’s data is kept apart from every other company’s, and automatic tests check that wall for every kind of record.

  • You choose who sees pay and prices

Access levels decide who sees what. Crews never see prices or pay in the app.

  • A record of changes

Changes to pay, access and settings are saved with who made them and when.

  • No location tracking

The crew app does not track where your crew goes. That is on purpose.

We build Krew Point around how you work.

Anything you want to add, track or put on a system, we build for you. Then we move you in, train your team and stay with you.

  • Built for your companyYour own fields, forms, checklists, steps and approvals, and the reports you want.
  • A dedicated specialistOne person who knows your setup brings you new features and updates, and helps with the office app and the crew app. Support covers the Krew Point system, not your company’s own website.
  • We move you inWe bring over your spreadsheets, paper forms and old software, set up your trucks, tools, stock and people, and train your team.
  • Your own app, tooIn the App Store and Google Play, with your name, logo and colors. One part of the build, not all of it.
Talk About a Custom Build
